Goldilocks would call it JUST RIGHT! We list many homes each year and each one is special, but there are probably only one or two we fall in love with – the ones where everything is just right. This is a house that gives me goosebumps walking through it. It’s my favorite Eichler model in the Fairhaven neighborhood and if I could marry the roofline, I would. It defines the structure and feel of each room. The kitchen and multi-purpose room feel intimate, while the living and dining rooms feel grand. The office may be modest in square footage, but it’s expansive in volume with the high ceilings. It’s an architectural design masterpiece on the interior (yes, it retains the original Philippine mahogany) and a striking facade on the outside. But on with the rest of the home: natural lighting that is impressive even for an Eichler, remodeled kitchen, ductless air conditioning throughout, updated electrical in laundry room, swimming pool in great condition, and saving the best for last: a brand-spanking-new foam roof. Buy it before I do.
