I’m a lazy couch potato. And that’s EXACTLY why I love this house. While my friends are busy working on their “fixers” — I can relax in my house that’s ready for living — now. This home has central heating and air, corner lot, modern kitchen, walnut partition and concrete floors. Established, privacy-providing landscaping? Yup, already in place. (Think about how important that is in a glass house!) Even the secondary bathroom is the way you want it with a wall of glass and a large soaking tub. I admire the people who buy the fixers, the “gut jobs.” But it’s not me, and statistically-speaking, it’s not you, either. Despite how happy people look on HGTV, nobody likes living in a construction zone and now, you don’t have to.
